Kevin Schwartz

Founder / CEO

Kevin started Instrumental Motion in 2018 after working multiple live music related jobs in his early 20's including production manager for a small venue, booking/talent buying, band management, security, operations, social media management, director of videography for multiple festivals and bands, crew leader/director for live stream video broadcasts, and much more. Kevin pulls from this experience to help plan the logistics of events, manage the equipment inventory, schedule the various crews, advancing of tech riders with contracted bands, and manage the office side of Instrumental Motion during the week. Then on-site at event Kevin handles the overall production management on site, hopping in wherever needed to ensure a safe and on schedule event.

Lead Audio Engineer

As a lifelong musician, Owen got his start as an audio engineer mixing his parent's bands as a kid. As both an avid live music fan and musician, Owen has been able to fine tune his live sound mixing abilities through hundreds of performances. With the addition of Instrumental Motion's professional touring grade PA system, Owen has a very well-rounded understanding of how to make a show happen that maximizes the experience for both the audience and performers.
